A Rare Harvest

This year’s weather conditions were excellent, which is reflected in the quality of the 2024 oil. Most of our production will be sold through Williams-Sonoma. Only 1,000 have been set aside for direct sale, so we expect to run out before next year’s production becomes available.

A masterful blend of Moraiolo, Frantoio, and Leccino olives, Martani 2024 delivers a beautifully structured and well-balanced profile.

The People Behind Umbrian Gold

Brought to you by Chef Marc Murphy & his brother, Paul. 

Marc uses Umbrian olive oil at his private event studio in Tribeca and, of course, at home in New York.

Paul lives in Umbria where he tends a grove of Moraiolo olive trees and manages the production of the product.
